How are you different from other real estate companies and why should I buy from you?
At Ariquest Property, it is our professional obligation to follow the right procedure to ensure we provide our customers with the following documents upon completion of the purchase price. This guarantees that no other party will raise a claim over the purchased land. So these are the documents to expect from us:
- Original Title Deed
- Duly executed and stamped Transfer Form
- Stamp Duty Requisition and Pay-In Slip together with bank slip
- Valuation Requisition/Report
- Consent to transfer from the Land Control Board
- Booking Form for registration
- Copy of Mutation form (optional)
How long does it take one to get his/her title deed and is the title deed freehold or leasehold?
Since at Ariquest we sell land that has ready titles, the longest it can take for one to acquire his/her title is 2 months. This includes the title deed and the other accompanying documents. Secondly, the titles issued are freehold.
Do you sell your properties to Kenyans in the diaspora?
Yes, we have sold plots to clients in the diaspora. We do it at ease and we can email you the diaspora procedures if you provide us with your email address. We do it hastle-free.
Where are your offices?
Ariquest Property Ltd. offices are located at Langata Shopping Mall, 1st floor, off Kitengela Road, opposite Langata High School, in Nairobi.
What is the process of buying land at Ariquest?
+ The client identifies the plot they would like to purchase.
+ An offer letter is issued when 10% of the purchase price is made.
+ Cash buyers are expected to complete payment of the 90% pending within 14 business days.
+ A sale agreement is issued as a contract between the vendor and the buyer in seven days.
+ A transfer is issued to transfer ownership from the vendor to the purchaser and the title deed is then issued in a period of two months.
What are the sizes of Ariquest Property plots?
The smallest size of plots sold by Ariquest Property is an 1/8th of an acre which is 50 by 100 feet.
When do you conduct site visits?
Usually on Saturday’s but we have provision for during the week provided there is a quorum of clients interested in visiting the same site.
