Proper Documentation
Did you know issuance of the title deed alone is not enough to guarantee complete ownership of land?
With the ever growing demand for land in Kenya, one needs to be equipped with the proper documentation of both land transfer and ownership. This guarantees that no other party will raise a claim over the purchased land.
At Ariquest Property, it is our professional obligation to follow the right procedure to ensure we provide our customers with the following documents upon completion of the purchase price:
1) Original Title Deed
2) Duly executed and stamped Transfer Form
3) Stamp Duty Requisition and Pay-In Slip together with bank slip
4) Valuation Requisition/Report
5) Consent to transfer from the Land Control Board
6) Booking Form for registration
7) Copy of Mutation form (optional)

Our aim is to make our properties affordable to all classes of people. This, coupled with our flexible payment options, brings your desire of owning land within your reach.
